Rigged 4.2m fully depowered and 3,7m would have been better if I had one. Used as quad with smaller 14cm K4 back fins which was more controllable than 2x16 and good grip on big waves as quad. Steams upwind too. Big waves to ride down for hour ad half until too tired. Good fun and kept out back as big surf inshore hard to get through. Rides down some seemingly mast high waves were bit scary as faces choppy. Got well rinsed a couple of times. Hard but enjoyable work in big seas.
